1. What you pay for
The Service is paid for with tokens. One token grants one video generation run. Tokens are bought in packs; the larger the pack, the lower the price per token.

Prices are in Russian rubles (RUB). VAT is not charged (the provider applies the NPD self-employment tax regime).
3. Payment methods
Payment is made online via the YooKassa payment service: Visa, Mastercard, MIR bank cards and other methods available in YooKassa. Card details are entered on YooKassa's secure page and are never passed to the provider.
4. Fiscal receipt
After a successful payment a fiscal receipt (Russian Federal Law 54-FZ) is sent to the e-mail address provided by the User. Please enter a valid e-mail when paying.
5. When the service is rendered
Tokens are credited to the balance immediately after the payment is confirmed. A generation is deemed rendered the moment the finished video becomes available in the personal account.
6. Refunds
- If a generation fails with a technical error on the Service's side and no video is produced, the spent token is automatically returned to the balance.
- Unused (not spent) tokens may, upon the User's written request, be refunded to the original payment method. The refund covers the value of unused tokens based on the amount actually paid for them.
- The cost of services already rendered (spent tokens) is non-refundable.
- Refund requests are sent to support@renderpapers.com. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the request.
