Privacy policy

This Policy defines how the personal data of RenderPapers (https://renderpapers.com) users is processed and is drawn up in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”. The personal data operator is Часовских Никита Эдуардович, TIN 771571316406.

1. What data we process

  • Telegram sign-in data: identifier, username, name and profile photo (provided by Telegram via the login widget).
  • E-mail address — provided by the User at payment to send the fiscal receipt.
  • Uploaded material (articles) and generation parameters — to render the service.
  • Technical data: IP address, Service access logs.

Bank card data is neither collected nor stored by the Operator — payment takes place on the YooKassa payment service's side.

2. Purposes of processing

  • authentication and access to the personal account;
  • rendering video generation services and maintaining the token balance;
  • processing payments and issuing fiscal receipts;
  • informing about order status;
  • compliance with the laws of the Russian Federation.

3. Legal grounds

Processing is carried out on the basis of the data subject's consent (expressed by acceptance of the offer and continued use of the Service), and to perform the agreement to which the subject is a party.

4. Transfer to third parties

Personal data may be transferred to: YuMoney NCO LLC (YooKassa) — for processing payments and fiscalization; Telegram — as part of authentication. Data is not transferred to other third parties except as provided by law.

5. Storage and protection

Data is stored on servers located in the Russian Federation for as long as necessary for the processing purposes, after which it is deleted. The Operator takes reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect data from unauthorized access.

6. Subject's rights

The User may request information about the processing of their data, its correction, blocking or deletion, and may withdraw consent by writing to support@renderpapers.com. Deleting an account entails deleting the associated personal data, except for information whose storage is required by law.
