Public offer for the provision of services

1. General provisions

This document is a public offer (the “Offer”) of Часовских Никита Эдуардович (self-employed, professional income tax payer, NPD), TIN 771571316406 (the “Provider”), and contains all material terms for the provision of services of the RenderPapers service hosted at https://renderpapers.com (the “Service”).

Under Art. 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, this Offer is the Provider's official proposal to enter into a service agreement with any legally capable individual (the “User”). Acceptance of the Offer is the User's payment for services (purchase of tokens). From the moment of acceptance the agreement is deemed concluded on the terms of this Offer.

2. Definitions

  • Token— the Service's internal accounting unit. One token grants one video generation run.
  • Generation — automated processing of an article uploaded by the User (PDF/TXT/MD/PPTX) producing a narrated video.
  • Personal account — the section of the Service available after Telegram sign-in, showing the token balance and history.

3. Subject of the agreement

The Provider undertakes to render to the User services for the automated generation of a video based on text material supplied by the User, and the User undertakes to pay for these services by spending tokens from the personal account balance.

4. How services are rendered

  • The User uploads material and starts a generation; one token is spent from the balance.
  • The service is deemed rendered the moment a generation completes successfully and the finished video is made available in the personal account.
  • In the event of a technical error on the Service's side where no video is produced, the spent token is automatically returned to the User's balance.
  • New Users receive a welcome token balance on registration to try the Service.

5. Price and settlements

Token prices and available packs are listed on the “Payment & refunds” page. Payment is made in Russian rubles via a payment agent (YooKassa) with bank cards and other available methods. Tokens are credited after the payment is confirmed.

6. Rights and obligations

  • The User undertakes not to upload material that violates the laws of the Russian Federation or third-party rights, and confirms they hold the rights to the uploaded material.
  • The Provider may suspend services if the User breaches the terms of the Offer.
  • The Provider makes reasonable efforts to keep the Service running but does not guarantee the absence of technical interruptions.

7. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. The Provider is not liable for the content of material uploaded by the User or for the semantic accuracy of the automated processing result. The Provider's liability is limited to the value of unused tokens.

9. Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
